Practices lists the organizations in Summit, with specialty and NPI. Cedar and Harbor appear in alphabetical order.

Received and Sent count referral legs created over the past thirty days. These totals include more than currently active referrals. Connections and membership tier are separate columns.

Group owners and admins can choose Invite Practice. Enter at least two characters to find an existing organization.

Check the selected practice and its NPI. Use Change if needed, then add an optional message.

Choose Send Invite. The success message confirms a pending group-membership request, not a new member practice.

Reload Practices to check the saved member list. Cedar and Harbor remain the two members; Maple has not joined yet.

Team lists the management group users and their roles. Each practice has its own separate People page. Practice access depends on both the group role and membership tier.
