Dashboard

The dashboard is labeled Home in Canairy. It brings together Davy’s briefing, referrals in flight, and open tasks so you can decide what to work on next.

Referral address

When your practice has a referral email address, it appears above the briefing. Use the copy icon beside it to copy the address for a referring partner. Incoming submissions can be reviewed in the Referral Inbox.

Briefing summary

Four counts summarize the current briefing:

  • Need you — cases requiring your judgment
  • Cleared — cases in the cleared list
  • In flight — active referrals represented in the briefing
  • Wrapped — referrals completed this week

Use the case cards and section links below the counts to open work.

Needs you

Cases needing attention appear in urgency order. Home previews up to four cases; Open full queue takes you to Triage. If more cases are waiting, the overflow row also opens the full queue.

Open a case to review its context and Davy’s recommendation before taking action. Depending on the case, a card may also offer an acceptance action.

When neither the needs-you list nor the cleared list has cases, Home displays You’re all caught up. This describes those lists; check the Tasks and In flight sections for other work.

Cleared cases

The cleared section distinguishes cases ready for acceptance from referrals already created automatically. Review the selected cases and the action label: accepting creates referral work, while acknowledging an automatically created referral records your review. An undo action, when available, requires confirmation and returns that case to review.

In flight

This section previews up to eight active referrals with their current stage. Use View all to open the Referrals workspace.

Tasks

The Tasks panel previews up to five open organization tasks, ordered by due date. Selecting a task row or View all opens the Tasks page, where you can inspect and manage the work.

Completed tasks leave this preview. To review a finished follow-up, choose View all, open Completed, and select the task. Its details retain the resolution note and linked referral.

Davy this week

The side panel displays cleared for you, in treatment, and avg first action figures. Use these alongside the individual cases when reviewing your practice’s workload.

Other workspaces

Use the sidebar to open Triage, Referrals, Patients, Tasks, Network, or Organization. To create a referral or upload a document, use the relevant workflow described in Send a Referral or Referral Inbox.

Home summarizes cases needing your judgment, cleared cases, referrals in flight, and work wrapped this week. Harbor is caught up on triage, but active referrals still need follow-through.

The Tasks panel shows open work, so Riley’s completed follow-up is no longer here. Choose View all, then Completed, to find the saved task.

Open the completed task to review its owner, due date, and resolution note. The referral link keeps that work connected to Riley’s journey.

Return to Home and look at the In flight section. Riley’s referral shows Accepted, with Cedar Grove as the sending practice.

Choose View all in the In flight section to open Referrals. Search for Riley and review the matching row.

Open the row to inspect the same accepted referral. Review its details and follow-up context before deciding what to do next.

Back on Home, the weekly figures provide another view of the practice’s workload. Check the individual cases, tasks, and referrals for the context behind each count.
