Invites
The Invites tab lists practice invitations you’ve sent to organizations that aren’t on Canairy yet. These are different from team invitations (which invite an individual to your practice — see Organization Settings → Members).
What the table shows
- Practice name (as you entered it)
- Email address the invite was sent to
- Date sent
- Status:
- Sent — email delivered but not opened
- Opened — the recipient clicked the link
- Claimed — the practice joined Canairy and you’re now connected
- Expired — the invitation passed its expiry window
- Revoked — you cancelled the invitation
Actions
- Resend — send the invitation email again (resets the expiry window).
- Revoke — cancel the invitation. The link stops working immediately.
How invitations work
When you invite a practice:
- An email goes to the address you entered with a link like
canairy.health/invite/<id>. - When they click, they see your practice’s name and a welcome page: “Your practice name wants to connect with your practice on Canairy.”
- If they sign up from that page, they land with a direct connection to you already in place.
If they ignore the invitation, nothing happens except the status moves to Expired after the window closes.
When to invite a practice
- A partner you refer to routinely isn’t on Canairy yet.
- You want to send in-app referrals to a practice that currently receives by email.
- You want to grow your network with a specific practice in mind.
Bulk invites aren’t supported from the UI — send them one at a time.
