Member Practices
The Member Practices page lists every practice that belongs to your group.
What the table shows
For each practice:
- Name
- City / state
- Number of team members
- Active referral volume (rolling window)
- Date joined the group
Actions
- Open — drill into that practice’s view (limited by what you have access to)
- Remove from group — unlink a practice from your group. Existing referrals stay intact; the practice becomes independent again.
Adding a practice to the group
Two ways:
- Invite an existing practice — if the practice is already on Canairy, send a group membership invitation. The practice’s admin has to accept.
- Create a new practice inside the group — set up a brand-new practice that starts out as a group member.
Both flows are available from the Add Practice button in the top-right.
Who can see what
Being a member of a group doesn’t automatically give the group admin access to a practice’s day-to-day data. The group layer sees aggregate metrics and routed referrals, not raw patient records or internal settings.
If a group admin needs that level of access, they have to be added as an admin to the specific practice separately.
Team view
A sibling tab (Team) lists every person across every member practice of the group. This is useful for auditing who has access where, and for group-level onboarding when new hires need to be placed into specific practices.
