First Steps
Most people arrive at Canairy in one of two ways:
- An admin at your practice invited you. You received an email with a link that takes you to an invitation page. → Accept a Team Invite
- You’re the first one from your practice. You need to sign your practice up and pick a plan. → Sign Up Your Practice
After either flow, you’ll land on your Dashboard.
What you’ll need on first login
- A work email address (used for sign-in and to match you to your practice)
- A browser — Canairy runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
- If you’re signing a practice up: your NPI number or practice website handy
Roles
Canairy has two roles inside a practice: Admin and Member. Your role controls what settings you can change. See Admins & Members for what each can do.
Legal gates on first login
New users see two legal documents before the app unlocks:
- Terms of Service — required for every user
- Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — required for anyone who will handle patient data (HIPAA)
Accept both and you’re in.
