Open Organization → Documents to review the agreement statuses in Agreements & compliance.

Terms of Service

The Terms of Service row shows the signed-in user’s acceptance status and date. This is an individual acceptance record, not the practice’s acceptance on behalf of every user.

Select the row to open the Terms in a side drawer.

Business Associate Agreement

The Business Associate Agreement row shows the organization’s status. When accepted, it displays the recorded date and the accepting person’s name on behalf of the organization. Otherwise, it indicates that an organization admin’s signature is needed.

Select the row to open the BAA content in a side drawer. The generated document content and the acceptance metadata on the Documents list are separate; the drawer is not an archived signed copy.

Reviewing a document

Scroll within the drawer to read the document, then close it to return to Organization. This tab provides document viewing and status information; it does not show a dedicated Print or Download action.
