Your Network

Open Network → Graph to explore your practice’s referral relationships. The graph shows activity involving your practice; it does not expand into your partners’ other referral networks. Use it alongside the relationship table and practice details.

Choose a view

• Graph — visualize referral relationships and inspect practice details.
• Connections — review active practice connections and incoming or outgoing requests. See Connections.
• Invites — track invitations to partner practices. See Invites.

Set the graph controls

• Showing — All, Direct, or Connected. Connected keeps practices with an active formal connection among the graph’s referral partners. The current graph contains direct relationships, so Direct does not reveal a separate wider network.
• Time — All Time, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, or 30 days.
• Flow — All, Inbound, or Outbound, relative to your practice.
• Layout — change how the graph is arranged.
• Search org… — select a practice to highlight its node.

Time and Flow also update the Referral Relationships table. Time limits the activity window. Flow selects matching partner rows; each row’s totals still include both directions within that window. Showing filters the graph only. Layout changes the arrangement, and search highlights a node; neither changes the table’s results.

The graph is a bounded view of referral activity, not an exhaustive directory or a list of every accepted connection. A connected practice with no matching referral activity may not appear. Use Connections to review formal relationships.

Read the graph

Your practice is the central node. Use the legend to distinguish Sends to You and You Send relationships. Node sizes reflect referral volume, and edge labels show counts. Line thickness is not a volume scale.

Click a practice node to open its details. You can also open the same panel by choosing its row in the table.

Interpret the summary cards

• Direct Connections is based on referral activity, not the number of accepted connection requests.
• Indirect is currently zero because wider network expansion is not included.
• New This Month is based on first referral activity within the last 30 days, not accepted requests or the calendar month.
• Claimed Orgs counts claimed partner practices in the returned graph.
• Pending counts connection requests involving your practice.

Internal referrals can inflate the summary counts; check the named partner practices in the graph and table.

These cards do not all use the same scope: Direct Connections follows Time and Flow, while New This Month and Pending use their own activity or request windows. Changing Showing does not recalculate the cards.

Review a relationship

The Referral Relationships table includes Practice, Type, Direction, Referrals, Completed, Avg Days, Last Activity, and Trend. It has pagination for longer lists. Its metrics describe recorded referral activity, not a clinical quality rating.

The practice panel shows available contact information, a Relationship Summary, a volume trend when available, a status breakdown, and recent referrals. The panel loads its own data; do not assume its totals use the graph’s selected Time and Flow filters.

Available actions depend on the relationship: Send Referral for an active connection, Accept or Decline for an incoming request, Connect for Care Coordination for a claimed practice without a connection, or Invite to Canairy for an unclaimed practice. Review Connections before changing a relationship.
