Sign Up Your Practice

If no one from your practice is on Canairy yet, you’ll start by picking a lane.

Pick your lane

On first login you’ll see two options:

  • I’m a practice — You work at a single practice or clinic and want to manage referrals for it.
  • I’m managing a health system — You oversee multiple practices (a hospital group, MSO, or umbrella organization).

Most people choose the first option. If you’re setting up a health system, see Health Systems.

The practice onboarding form

After you pick “I’m a practice,” you’ll be asked for:

  • Practice name
  • NPI number (your individual or group NPI)
  • Website (optional — helps us auto-fill contact details)
  • Your role (admin or member)

You can use the Look Up Practice button to auto-fill details from the NPI registry.

What happens next

  • Your practice is created.
  • You’re added as the first admin.
  • You land on the dashboard, where your referral address is ready to receive faxes.

Your referral address

The moment your practice is created, Canairy assigns you an email address like yourpractice@referrals.canairy.health. Partners can fax or email PDFs to this address and they’ll show up in your Referral Inbox within a minute or two.

You can see and copy this address from the dashboard at any time.

Inviting teammates

Once your practice exists, invite teammates from Organization Settings → Members.
