Accept a Team Invite

When an admin at your practice invites you, you’ll receive an email with a link that looks like canairy.health/join/<code>.

What the invitation page shows

  • The name of the practice that invited you
  • The email address the invitation was sent to
  • A button to accept

If you already have a Canairy account

Sign in when prompted and the invitation is accepted automatically. You’re added as a member of the practice and redirected to the dashboard.

If you’re new to Canairy

  1. Click the invitation link.
  2. You’ll be asked to sign in or create an account. Use the email the invitation was sent to.
  3. Accept the Terms of Service and BAA on first login.
  4. You land on the dashboard of your new practice.

Invitation problems

What you seeWhat it means
”Invitation expired”The link passed its expiry window. Ask your admin to send a fresh invitation.
”Invitation not found”The link was revoked or the code is wrong. Double-check the email or ask your admin.
”Already a member”You’re already in the practice. Sign in and go straight to the dashboard.

Switching practices

If you’re a member of more than one practice, you can switch between them using the organization picker in the top navigation after signing in.
