Accept a Team Invite
Open the invitation link from your practice administrator’s email. Use the account associated with the invited email address.
Check the practice
A valid invitation page shows the practice name and a Get started button. The page does not display the invited email address, so check the original invitation email before continuing.
Choose Get started to sign in or create an account. The invitation flow adds the account as a member and redirects to Organization. If you are already a member, it opens Organization without adding another membership.
First-login steps
If you have not accepted the Terms of Service, Canairy shows them before opening the workspace. Read the terms, select the agreement checkbox when ready, and choose Continue. This step opens Home afterward.
The BAA gate applies to organization admins when the practice needs acceptance. It is not a required signature step for every invited member.
After entering the workspace, confirm that the practice name is correct. You can review the member list under Organization → People.
Invitation problems

| Invitation expired | Ask your administrator for a fresh invitation. |
| Invitation no longer available | The invitation was used or cancelled. Ask your administrator if you still need access. |
| Invalid invitation | Check the original link or ask your administrator for a new invitation. |
| Already in an organization | Contact your administrator to resolve your existing membership before joining another practice. |
The team-invitation flow does not add an account that already belongs to a different organization. If your account already has access to multiple practices, use the organization picker to switch between them.

Open the invitation link from your administrator. Check that it names the practice you expect to join. Taylor is joining Cedar Grove.
Choose Get started and use your invited account. This recording uses a local sign-in for Taylor in place of external authentication.
Read the Terms of Service before accepting. When you are ready, select the agreement checkbox and choose Continue to enter the workspace.
Home welcomes you to Cedar Grove. Check the practice name at the top. The recommendations shown here are prepared examples, with no AI processing.
Open Organization, then People. Find your name and email, and check your role. Your account appears with the Member role.
Reopening the same link while signed out shows that the invitation is no longer available. An accepted invitation cannot be reused; return through your usual login.
An invalid link has a different message. Check that you copied the complete link, or ask your administrator for a new invitation.
