Practice Details
Open Organization → Practice Details to review your practice’s identity, contact information, referral preferences, and locations.
Identity & contact
This card shows the legal name, contact email, referral contact, phone, fax, website, and NPI (Type 2).
Admins can choose Edit on this card to change the contact email, referral contact email, phone, fax, website, or NPI. Choose Save to persist the changes or Cancel to discard them. The legal name is displayed here but is not a field in this edit form.
Look up
Admins can use Look up to start a background practice lookup. It uses the practice domain, website, or contact email domain. If none is available, add a website or contact email first.
The control reports when a lookup starts and is disabled while one is in progress. It does not present an individual accept-or-ignore choice for each suggested field. Review the practice details after the lookup finishes.
Referral preferences
Admins can update:
- Accepting new referrals
- Preferred intake method
- Typical response time
- Languages supported
These controls save their changes separately from the Identity & contact edit form.
Specialties & services
Review the practice’s specialties and services. Admins can add or remove entries using the controls in this card.
Locations and operating hours
The lower sections list practice locations and their operating hours. Admins can add or edit a location and use Edit hours to update its schedule.

From Organization, open Practice Details. Confirm you have the intended practice before editing.
As an administrator, choose Edit on Identity and contact. Update the contact email and phone. Check both values before saving.
Choose Save and check the displayed contact details. The legal name is displayed here, but this form does not edit it.
Reload the organization page, then reopen Practice Details. Confirm the saved email and phone are still shown.
