Team Members

The Team Members tab (admin only) combines three related lists: your current members, pending invitations, and sign-up suggestions.

Members

The main table lists everyone in your practice with their role, email, and when they joined.

Actions

  • Change role — pick Admin or Member from the dropdown. You can’t demote the last admin.
  • Remove — remove someone from the practice. Their account isn’t deleted, but they lose access to this practice’s data. Historical referrals they created stay intact.

Invitations

Pending invitations you’ve sent. Each shows the email address, role, who sent it, and when.

Actions

  • Resend — send the invitation email again and reset the expiry window.
  • Cancel — revoke the invitation immediately. The link stops working.
  • Copy link — grab the invitation URL to paste into Slack, Teams, or a chat.

Sending a new invitation

Click Invite Member, enter an email and role, and hit send. They receive an email with a link like canairy.health/join/<code>. See Accept a Team Invite for what they experience.

Suggestions

Suggestions are people who created a Canairy account using an email address on your practice’s domain, but weren’t invited directly. If someone at drsmith@yourpractice.com signs up, they appear here for you to vouch for.

Actions

  • Approve — add them to your practice as a member.
  • Dismiss — reject the suggestion. They stay signed up to Canairy but without your practice. You can still invite them later if you change your mind.

Use suggestions when a teammate signs up ahead of getting a formal invitation — it’s a quick way to add them without re-entering anything.
